Learn WHY you hurt
When you come for your initial evaluation be prepared to have a thorough evaluation done that will assess and address you from a whole-body perspective. Our therapists will then educate and outline a treatment plan for you to address these issues. Each time you return you will be assessed and your program progressed based on that assessment.
Get Better
Once we figure out WHY you hurt, with a combination of your hard work and the right plan to address your issues, you will get better and get back to doing the things you love to do!

The Hruska Clinic in Lincoln, NE was the first clinic in the nation to be designated as a Postural Restoration Certified™ (PRC) Center. In addition all of the therapists at the Hruska Clinic have been or are in the process of being Certified as Postural Restoration Certified™ by the Postural Restoration Institute®.
The Hruska Clinic™ is a unique Physical Therapy clinic in Lincoln, Nebraska, that offers physical therapy services that are based on the philosophic and integrative concepts of the Postural Restoration Institute® (PRI). The clinic was founded and directed by Ron Hruska in 1999 and has grown into the multidisciplinary center that it currently is. The science and techniques taught through the Postural Restoration Institute® to clinicians around the world were first developed for clinical care here at the Hruska Clinic™.
Our staff is made up of 5 full time therapists, 4 of which are certified through the Postural Restoration Institute®. All of our therapists are passionate about and committed to addressing functional limitations through the assessment of neuromuscular patterns and treatment using Postural Restoration® application, and interdisciplinary integration when necessary.
Along with offering this world-class level of care to local patients here in Lincoln NE through the application of Postural Restoration® techniques and progression, the staff is dedicated to maximizing patient outcomes in difficult cases through multidisciplinary care as case managers for patients from around the world with our PRIME (Postural Restoration Integrated Multidisciplinary Engagement™) Program.
The staff is also passionate about teaching other health professionals on the clinical application of Postural Restoration® science. They have mentored other therapists and clinicians from around the world in regards to the clinical use and application of Postural Restoration Science. 2 of our therapists are on faculty with the Postural Restoration Institute® and one more has represented PRI at national level conferences.

Multidisciplinary Integration
If you have long standing issues that aren’t getting better with your current program, coordinated care with other healthcare practitioners may be helpful or even needed. At the Hruska Clinic we work hand in hand with a number of practitioners here in Lincoln including dental and orthodontic offices as well as optometrists and podiatrists. Our local patients as well as out-of town patients with have access to this level of multi-disciplinary care. Click this box to learn more about our services and multidisciplinary model.
Physical Therapy Services
First and foremost we are a physical therapy clinic. We are staffed with 5 full time physical therapists who see their local Lincoln, NE patients typically for 1 hour one-on-one treatment sessions without the use of aides or assistants. At each session a thorough, whole-body assessment is done to determine your specific needs and treatment plan. Detailed treatment techniques will be given to you to do on your own at home and you will return typically every 1-2 weeks for progression and updates to your program.
PRIME
Our PRIME program was established to help coordinate multi-disciplinary care for patients who see us from outside the state of Nebraska. We have helped guide patients back to doing the things they love from 49 of the 50 US states and Internationally from as far away as Australia. To learn more about our PRIME program click HERE.
